The living area has a roomy L-shaped sofa, large ottoman/coffee table, two stuffed chairs and flat panel TV. Built-in seating in the corner with 4 additional chairs and a table provides space for ocean view dining or games in the evenings. The fully equipped kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator, and granite counters, making the kitchen an efficient space for whipping up family favorites or serving up take out when the chef needs a break. The more formal rectangular dining table in its own niche has comfortable seating for six.
Bed & Bath
The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath with large walk-in shower and walk in closet. The full size stackable washer dryer is in a closet just outside the master bedroom door. The second and third bedrooms have two twin beds each and share a bright hall bath with tub/shower combination. A full size stackable washer is in a closet at the end of the hall near the master bedroom.

The newly renovated Lido Marina Village with high-end restaurants and boutiques is just beyond, along with Via Lido Drugs for prescriptions, cards and unique gifts. The vintage Lido Theatre, built in 1938, offers movie-goers a one-of-a-kind experience with its art deco décor, black light accents and an old-fashioned balcony.
The Newport Pier area with shops and local eateries galore is minutes away by bicycle or scenic 10-15 minute walk along the beach. Visit Seaside Donuts, Jane’s Corndogs and Dory Deli. Breakfast at Charlie’s Chili is a must for locals and out-of-towners alike. Fly ‘n’ Fish is not to be missed for terrific seafood, but if you want to prepare your own, visit the Dory Fleet Fish Market, selling local fishermens’ daily catch since 1891.
